HMONG SUTIDO — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. What HMONG SUTIDO is

HMONG SUTIDO ("the app", "we", "us") is a tool that lets you create short videos in the Hmong language using artificial intelligence. You type or speak an idea; the app writes a script, generates or animates images with AI, reads the script aloud with a synthetic Hmong voice, and assembles the result into a video file that you can download and share.

The app is operated by Kub Lis Suav (Hmong 4S), Hanoi, Viet Nam. Website: https://sutido.kubsuav.cloud.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use HMONG SUTIDO. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (Kuv → Tshem kuv lub account). Deletion permanently removes your videos and your data.

3. Content generated by artificial intelligence

• Videos, images, scripts and speech in this app are produced by machine models. They can be inaccurate, unnatural, or not what you intended. Do not rely on generated content as fact, advice, news, medical, legal or financial information.
• Every video produced by HMONG SUTIDO carries an "AI ua" (made by AI) marker in its file metadata, in line with AI-transparency rules such as the EU AI Act.
• The Hmong narration voice is a synthetic voice modelled on the voice of Kub Lis Suav, used with his permission. You may use it inside videos you create with this app. You may not extract, re-host, resell or re-train that voice, and you may not use it to impersonate Kub Lis Suav or to make it appear that he endorses something.

4. Rules for your content — zero tolerance

You are solely responsible for the text you type, the images you upload, the voice you record, and the videos you create. You may not create, upload, or share content that:

• sexually exploits or endangers anyone, and above all no content involving minors;
• is pornographic, obscene, or gratuitously violent;
• harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or incites hatred or violence against a person or a group (including on the basis of ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, disability or sexual orientation);
• uses another person's face, voice, name or photograph without their permission, or creates a deceptive "deepfake" of a real person;
• impersonates another person or organisation;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes scams, illegal drugs, weapons, or criminal activity;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
• attempts to defeat the app's safety filters or to have the AI ignore its safety rules.

Zero tolerance. Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account that created it can be suspended or terminated permanently, without refund and without prior notice.

5. Reporting content, and blocking users

We review every report within 24 hours. If the reported content breaks these Terms we remove it, and we suspend or terminate the account responsible. Reports are reviewed by a human. We may also remove content proactively through automated safety filters that run on our servers before content is shown.

Filing knowingly false reports in order to harass someone is itself a violation of these Terms.

6. Who owns what

• Your content stays yours. Videos you create with HMONG SUTIDO are yours to use, including commercially, as long as you followed section 4.
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content only as needed to run the service (generate the video, deliver it back to you, and investigate reports).
• The app itself, its name, its logo, its interface and its Hmong voice models belong to Kub Lis Suav / Hmong 4S. You may not copy them, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service or its output to train or build a competing AI product.

7. Payment and credits

Some features consume credits. Credits bought on an Apple device are sold by Apple through In-App Purchase and are governed by Apple's own terms; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple. Credits are for use inside HMONG SUTIDO only, have no cash value, and are not transferable. We may change prices going forward; changes never apply to credits you already bought.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you break section 4, abuse other users, attack or overload the service, or use it unlawfully. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

HMONG SUTIDO is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or fit for any purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple

If you obtained the app from the App Store: this agreement is between you and Kub Lis Suav / Hmong 4S, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Apple's standard licence terms also apply where they are stricter: Apple Standard EULA.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you stronger protection.
