Short version. We keep the text you write, the pictures you upload, the voice clips you record with the microphone button, and the videos you make. We send your prompt text and your chosen image to third-party AI services so a video can be generated. We do not send them your name, phone number or account. We never sell your data. You can delete everything from inside the app.

We never collect your password (sign-in is handled by Google, Facebook or Apple), your card or bank numbers (handled by Apple In-App Purchase or the payment provider), your contacts, your photo library beyond the individual pictures you choose, or your precise location.
The microphone is used only while you are holding or have switched on the record button in the app. It is never on in the background. When you finish, the audio clip is sent over an encrypted connection to our own Hmong speech-recognition server, converted to text, and the audio is then discarded. Your voice clip is not sent to any third-party company, is not used to train a voice model, and is not kept as a recording. If you refuse microphone permission, everything else in the app still works — you simply type instead.

We do not send these services your name, your phone number, your email or your account ID. They process the content under their own terms as our processors. The Hmong narration voice runs on our own servers and is not sent to any third party. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Content and account records are stored on servers we rent in Singapore and are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The AI providers above may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.
HMONG SUTIDO is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Connections are encrypted. Each account's videos are served only to that account. Access to servers is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
If we change this policy we update the date at the top, and we will tell you in the app if the change is significant.
